By accessing besslotto.com or using the Bess Lotto application (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The terms "User", "Visitor", "you" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Service. "We", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of Bess Lotto.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Bess Lotto you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes consistent with Trinidad & Tobago lottery participation rules.

2. The Service is informational only

The Service provides:

• Historical lottery draw results for Trinidad & Tobago national games — collected from publicly available sources
• Analytics such as hot / cold / due numbers and frequency charts derived from those results
• Tools to save and track your own number picks
• Gamified features such as streaks, achievements and a daily spin reward

The Service does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, hold funds, predict winning numbers, or guarantee any outcome. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance. Any pick you make is your own choice.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the data accurate and current, but we provide no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Lottery data is sourced from public pages and may lag, contain errors, or be unavailable from time to time.

For winning verification, prize claims, or any decision involving money, consult the NLCB directly. We exclude all liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

4. Responsible play

Lottery games are games of chance. Spending on lottery tickets should never come at the expense of essential needs. Set a budget, stick to it, and stop if play stops being fun. If you or someone you know needs help with gambling, contact a support organisation in your area.

5. Your account and conduct

• You are responsible for the security of your Google account used to sign in
• You may not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's operation
• You may not use the Service to publish, transmit, or store unlawful content
• You may not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Suspected abuse of the gamification systems (e.g. attempting to manipulate the spin-wheel reward function server-side) will result in account suspension

6. Intellectual property

Content on the Service — including text, images, charts, source code and the Bess Lotto name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, sell or redistribute Bess Lotto content without prior written permission.

Game names (Lotto Plus, Play Whe, Cash Pot, Pick 2, Pick 4, Win For Life, Fast Cash) are trade marks of the National Lotteries Control Board. Their appearance here is purely descriptive and does not imply endorsement.

7. Third-party content and links

The Service may include links to external websites or embedded content (e.g. Google Sign-In, Google AdSense). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and we have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or practices.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertising provided by Google AdSense or similar networks. Ads are not endorsements. We do not control which advertisers appear. If you encounter advertising that violates Google's policies, you can report it directly to the network.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Service and via the email tied to your account (where applicable). Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via the contact below. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or whose continued use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to the Service itself.

12. Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
